Our client is an independent, boutique buyer’s advocacy service. Their focus is high end analysis and support from the beginning of the property search process through to settlement. Our client’s difference is the attention to detail. They assist both experienced and novice investors seeking to make the most of the property market.
The interns required skill set:
  • Must have strong interest in Property Market
  • Microsoft office proficient
  • Attention to detail
  • Organisational skills
  • Additional languages would be highly attractive
  • Customer centric
  • Confident, outgoing and have strong communication skills
A list of tasks the intern may assist with:
  • Data entry
  • Updating the website content
  • Maintaining client data
  • Updating social networking tools
  • Liaising with solicitors and agents
  • Distributing marketing material
  • Suburb analysis
  • Preparing property reports
  • Ensure existing clients are across current property market opportunities which meet their selection criteria
  • Multi task, answering queries from both the internet and phone
  • Schedule client meetings
