STEP 1. Register Interest / Apply
- Apply to be an intern
- Eligible candidates contacted by email or phone
STEP 2. Enrol
- Eligible candidates complete in depth form sent by e-mail
- Book in for Bootcamp (link to be added)
- Participate in a telephone/Skype interview to set objectives
- Discuss program options
STEP 3. Pre-Screening Interview & Bootcamp
- Attend Employability Bootcamp including a 2-4 hour workshop:
– Resume & Cover Letter Polish
– LinkedIn Profile Perfection
– Interview Practice
– Employer Expectations Presentation
– Resources: personality profile, personal development audio tapes, handbook, LinkedIn book
STEP 4. Select & Pay
- Choose suitable program
- Sign proposal
- Pay outstanding fees
STEP 5. Host Company Negotiation / Offer
- Dream Internship arrange interviews with potential Host Companies (max 3)
- Interns must pay full fees prior to meeting with Host Companies
- Offer Letter
STEP 6. Confirmation
- Confirmation of training through a formal Training Agreement
- Visa documents if applicable
- Insurance papers if applicable
If you are in Australia at time of application, please skip STEP 7 and STEP 8
STEP 7. Visa Processing
- Dream Internship may negotiate visas for overseas applicants
- Please expect 4 – 6 weeks for visa processing

STEP 8. Confirm Travel Arrangements:
- Send your travel itinerary at least 1 week prior to departure
- We can help you find accommodation, book flights, and pick you up at the airport
- Contact us shortly after your arrival
- Do not contact your Host Company until we have instructed you to do so
STEP 9. Internship Commencement
- Training plan and a handbook provided
- Monitoring satisfaction and growth throughout
- Fortnightly diary
- Evaluation forms
STEP 10. Debrief and Certificate of Achievement
