Brief Description Of Organisation & Brand (3-10 sentences)
Managed services provider based in North Sydney looking after IT requirements for SMB’s throughout Australia.
The interns required skill set:
Post-Sales (Administration)
– Some experience working with Microsoft Office (in particular outlook)
– Experience answering and directing phone calls
– Good grasp of the English language to communicate in corporate language to clients (written & verbal)
– Basic typing and data entry skills
A list of tasks the intern may assist with:
Post-Sales (Administration)
– Making and coordinating engineer bookings
– Receiving inbound deliveries
– Maintaining in-house databases
– Answering phone calls from time to time and directing to appropriate person
– Calling and emailing clients to coordinate deliveries
– Liaising with buildroom and suppliers to get ETA’s
– Arranging couriers

– Detailed experience working in the IT industry, either in a technical or administrative capacity
