- It organises one of Australia’s largest film festivals annually.
- This business predominately serves the LBGT community with its work.
- Although he main focus is on the festival its hosts, the company also does a vast array of advertising to the gay and lesbian community through the mediums of cinema, print, e-mail and website banners.

- Professionalism is a must when communicating with both clients and other employees to uphold the standards of the business

- The intern would help in any area related to the management of the two (2) yearly film festivals, cinema reviews and parades, as well as office administration.
- For this fun and exciting opportunity the host company is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who can take action and help with all areas of Event Management and production.
- They are ideally looking for an Events Management intern. However, they encourage other interns to apply, as this is a versatile assignment.
- The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment.
- It is also essential the intern is comfortable with and has an understanding of cultural environments, as well as gay and lesbian environments.
