- Understands Marketing and had some experience

- Can work with someone who is a big picture and therefore be able to work backwards to break the outcomes into the steps, process and document that procedure into duplicatable processes by recording them into manuals.
- Can grow with IOWI as needed therefore enjoys the changes that come with a growing company.
- Able to create procedure guides by recording each task as a ‘process’ in all steps.
- Prompt and friendly communicator, meaning gets back to you within 24 hours maximum
