Brief Description Of Organisation and Brand
  • Our client is a full service Advertising Agency who specialize in creative services, branding and re-branding campaigns, print management and digital media.
  • They specialise in the design and printing of all marketing collateral like brochures and flyers etc. and build websites and digital media, organise all the collateral needed for trade shows, events. 
  • They act like an extension of their clients marketing department by managing their marketing campaigns and taking care of everything for them.
The interns required skill set
  • Competent with the Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook.
  • Good phone manner for answering phone calls and speaking to clients and suppliers.
  • Marketing skills will be highly regarded.
  • Design skills would be very highly regarded ie Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design.
  • Good English Language skills, written and verbal.
  • Excellent Organisational skills.
A list of tasks the intern may assist with
  • Answering calls from clients and suppliers
  • Monitoring emails when the Director is out of the office and actioning requests from clients
  • Sending out quote requests to suppliers
  • Sourcing new suppliers for new jobs
  • Assist with managing new projects
  • Researching and coming up with new ideas for client projects
  • Dealing with clients on a regular basis over the phone
  • Designing new marketing collateral
Value will the intern take from this role
  • They will learn the role of an account co-ordinator
  • How to manage a project from concept to completion
  • How to find, source and manage suppliers
  • How to quote new jobs
  • How to research and come up with ideas for client projects
