Dream Internship (DIA) is a global consultancy who connect people and organisations through customised mentoring and internship programs. Interns (or mentees) have both an internal mentor within the host company and an external mentor from DIA. We provide a creative HR service and a broader network of support for our clients.
1. We help students find host companies and mentors2. We help students with career planning & unlocking their passion

3. We help businesses create internship and induction programs

4. We help businesses find future staff or interns

5. We provide HR and Management Consulting services

The interns required skill set:
– grit and perseverance
– positive attitude
– self motivation
– written communication skills
– attention to detail
– passion for HR
– knowledge of international education
– have at least 2 international student friends or be an international student
– heard of HR and coaching theory
– highly organised
– dare to make suggestions and speak freely
– ability to listen and make an effort to learn
– degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Event Management, International Relations or Communications (Marketing, PR, Journalism)
A list of tasks the intern may assist with:
– writing press releases
– communicating in our social media
– general admin
– calling current clients for information
– making online forms
– discussing gen Y recruitment strategy
– organising client information and documentation
– take part in creating fun ways of advertising jobs and internships
– be part in creating fun processes and systems so we can have a fun workday
– event management
