DIA cater to Host Companies by creating and administering cost-effective programs offering the best available talent. We aim for our programs to suit our Host Companies’ needs and allow them to focus on other important areas of their business development. Clear and achievable goals, give our collaboration and programs the aptitude to succeed. Our services for Host Companies include but are not confined to:

DIA offer four membership packages that represent our programs and services to Host Companies.
We call these memberships; Basic ($1000) Red ($900), Green ($2000+) and Gold ($3000+).

1. Dream Internship Australia Program
This is our basic internship program that includes our Basic, Red, Green and Gold memberships.
In this program, we place interns within your company for up to 6 months. We do both paid and un-paid internships, which means that sometimes the candidates get paid and sometimes they don’t. The ones that don’t get paid receive training in return.
This program is perfect for small and medium size businesses who are looking to grow their team in a cost-efficient way.
2. Dream ENYA Program
This is an entrepreneurial incubator program that we run in collaboration with Enterprise Network of Young Australians (ENYA). Start-ups and interns come together in a shared office space with the aim to grow the businesses and create more jobs. This program also includes paid and unpaid internship programs. In addition, a management consultant will be present to help guide all businesses and interns.
This program is perfect for start-ups who are not ready to take on staff full time and buy office space.

3. Dream Virtual Program
This virtual program has a much stronger mentoring component than the other programs we offer. In this program an intern will assist your business virtually and you do not need to meet with the regularly in an office. You are however required to stay reliable to this intern and to train the person and communicate with the person regularly. You need to sign up for a Red, Green, or Gold membership to be eligible for this program.
This program is perfect for business people on the road with flexible schedules.
4. Dream your way to Africa Program
This is an amazing Dream Team internship program that we created in 2012. 4 CEOs and 4 Interns will travel together with a management consultant on a mentoring trip to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro in Africa.
All participants of the program pay a fee of $6000 which includes everything this program has to offer: flights, accommodation, food, the guide, safari – for 14 days in Tanzania, Africa.

A professional business administrator will help you organise and improve your business systems. A consultant will meet with you to discuss your needs. This fun program for business owners will organise your entire office in order for you to access everything in a systemised and easy to use way within a few days or weeks. Unlimited service run by administrators with previous experience from large professional firms who will suit proven excellent systems to your needs.

- Customer Service Scripts
- Scanning of local community for opportunities & cost effective solutions
- Manual Admin Files and Folders Systems

- Creation of forms, contracts, charts, documents etc
